Mia Khalifa Apologized To A TikToker Who Said She Was Often Compared To Her When She Wore Glasses, And It’s Heartbreaking

“I know how I feel when men harass me in public, it kills me that other girls get the same abuse just for looking like me.”

If you’ve scrolled through TikTok recently, you may have noticed a new trend set to the lyrics of Cage the Elephant’s song “Cigarette Daydreams.” As the lyrics, “Cigarette daydreams/You were only 17” play in the background of their videos, participating teens share a story about a time in their lives when they were either sexualized at a young age, or put in a situation where they were forced to grow up quickly.

She was only 13 at the time, @oreo_mlkshake concluded in the video, which has since been viewed over 8.5 million times.

The massively viral clip caught many people’s attention, including Mia Khalifa herself. The media personality, who formerly worked as a pornographic actor, dueted @oreo_mlkshake and cried while watching the young girl’s story play out.
